This policy is applicable to most products sold by Tarish Mall However, it does not cover returns for “change of mind” or personal preference.

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must meet one of the following criteria:

  2. We shipped the wrong item or an incorrect variant.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and replacement items will be shipped to you.
